So I'm just testing that I know how to make an entry...
We are very nearly packed! (like hell!) and ready to set off loaded to the gunwales tomorrow.

Hi Tufty and Lionheart,
I wish you all joy, peace and happiness in your new year experiment. I drove down the M74 from Glencoe yesterday on my way home, stopping off for a couple of hours at Samye Ling, and then waved at Laurieston and everyone living there as I passed Gretna.
I look forward to hearing all about it over the coming weeks.
